My first full day in Iran passed quickly. On the second one we had a early wake-up (which was anyway pretty late compared to the later ones) so that we could manage to catch our flight to Shiraz. For this day we planned two flights. To Shiraz and back. Video review at the end of the entry!

After a smooth check-in process we proceeded to the security control area and later on to the general waiting zone, which is, I would say, rather poor. All the flights from this terminal are with a bus transfer to the airplane. As we had some time I wandered around the area, bought something to eat and drink for the day and chatted while waiting for the flight.
While driving to the plane we passed beside the 743 from many others that I could write about including the State planes. The flight was just over one hour giving enough time to see the cabin. Not all seats are present. There is a couple of rows missing making for a funny stowage area. Legspace is very sufficient and the crew helpful and kind. The only problems on board were with the air marshal but I must say that I understand him perfectly so our little talk ended quickly with a bi-satisfactorial result. Breakfast was edible and even quite tasty. At the end everyone could sooth their eyes with the views during final approach (for some it was hard due to the poor quality windows [scratched etc.]).

After a day full of sightseeing and thrills we arrived at the airport at dusk thus only a quick photo of the terminal in and out, check-in and lets go wait for the flight. The crew on the flight is the same as on the flight to Shiraz, they are exhausted after an entire day of flying. This time the food isn't that good. The flight being a night one doesn't give many chances for spectacular views outside thus most of it was spent either chatting with friends or the crew - which once again was very kind! I had a really great time on that flight. For a successful end a quick peak into the cockpit after landing and I'm ready to call it a day.
